What changes for you

Coming once the founder releases the Luxembourg pack. This page will show, per entity type and country, how the AMLR differs from the national rules you follow today, obligation by obligation, with both citations.

Luxembourg already requires an RR and an RC (Article 40(1) of CSSF Regulation 12-02, as replaced by Article 57 of CSSF Regulation 20-05). Keltes reads them as the two compliance roles the AMLR names; that reading was checked by AI readers, not by an independent practitioner. What matters is what changes for your firm.

What this page will show

For each entity type and country, one table: the AMLR obligation and its article, the national provision you follow today and its citation, and how the two relate: superseded, unchanged in substance, stricter, weaker, or no antecedent. Where two careful readings differ, the page will say UNCERTAIN and show both.

The page is generated from a national pack only once the founder has released it, and it says how the pack's rules were checked. Until then the national layer stays inside Keltes. The AMLR applies from 10 July 2027 (Article 90).

Entity types it will cover first

  • LuxembourgComing

Authorised alternative investment fund managers, UCITS management companies, registered alternative investment fund managers, reserved alternative investment funds (RAIFs) and unregulated alternative investment funds.

  • BelgiumComing

Payment institutions, electronic money institutions, UCITS management companies and alternative investment fund managers.

Where each national pack stands

A pack moves through four states: EU core only, in draft, verified, released by the founder. Both packs are in draft. For Luxembourg, Keltes' own reading of the draft's 134 entries against the stored texts found 66 that match, 17 that needed correcting, 22 that the texts do not contain and 29 that remain uncertain, each read by AI readers and none reviewed by an independent practitioner. For Belgium, copies of the national texts are stored, but none is verified and none is quoted yet.
