Keltes is based in Brussels and is built for regulated firms in Luxembourg and Belgium first. It works from the official text of the regulation, rule by rule, rather than from anyone's summary of it.
Keltes has one founder. When you work with Keltes you work directly with him.
Who decides what
Fixed, documented rules decide which obligations apply to your firm and how it scores. AI helps with the work on your documents and only proposes, always citing the article. Some decisions the regulation keeps with your firm: Keltes names the role that must take them and never takes them for you.
What is not in place yet
Each release of the rules becomes usable for a client only when the founder approves it and signs it with his key. No release has been approved or signed yet. Every output will say how its rules were checked, for example: "Rules checked by AI and approved by the founder; not reviewed by an independent practitioner."
The most useful first conversation is usually about the one rule you already suspect is a problem. Bring that one.
